Oh crap, you forgot to recognize your professional on Secretary’s Day. Well, at least you can make it up like I am.

Owners, managers, you got busy doing the day to day things and the next minute the day has slipped by until your eyes pop opden like a shot thinking how could I have forgotten these amazing people that work with me and for me. Yep, I did it too. Now we have to do clean up because it really did slip our minds. They are thinking, “I work my a.. off  and you didn’t recognize me for the amazing person I am and what I do for you to make your day easier?” Really. I did. Shame on me as a business owner.

It doesn’t matter that you have a lot going in your personal life or business life, you are the chief instigator, the CEO of your life, the CFO, the Marketing specialist,  the President of your company and believe me you may have created your world but you “ain’t” nothing without your team. I know. I appreciate the girls that I work with and don’t tell them enough. I’m one of those perfectionists that I can always find ways to improve something. So let me translate from them, “nothing I do here is good enough, she will always find something wrong” True from the horses mouth. However; if I wasn’t that way, believe me we wouldn’t be able to create the best hairstyles and the best haircuts, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and highlighting that could possibly be provided to you without this expertise attitude. I wear it with pride.

Here is me sucking up to my staff, my ultimate appreciation for my crew out there telling the world how amazing my team is from managers that put up me (Kimberly Acworth, Owner) with the day to day talking with our clients on the phone, managing staff, paperwork, mailings, post office, running back and forth for the emergency pick up of product we needed yesterday, etc and scheduling and rescheduling appointments, the front front desk making appointments cordinating services, skin care specialists that are keeping our clients hairless, wrinkle reducer, stress reducer, our nail technician keeping our appendages from looking like they were dragged through dirt looking like we belong on Planet of the Apes, to our stylists that keep all of you looking up to date with a fresh haircut and color to keep you competitive at work so looking all sexy and such and lastly our assistants that bust their you know what’s shampooing, cleaning up after us stylists that don’t feel like washing our dishes. THANK YOU!!!
