Salon York PA What is this Paleo, New Evolution Lifestyle everyone keeps talking about?

Recently, I was given “The New Evolution Diet” written by Arthur De Vany. I had put off reading it up until last week, and even still I only read the first chapter and put the book down. I didn’t put it down because it wasn’t an interesting read, but because I’ve read so many “diet” books that claim they are the way to go, and that every other fad diet out there isn’t good. About two days ago I started reading it again and as I’m making my way through the chapters, I’m realizing how much sense this book actually makes. It’s unbelievable how many foods we eat are the link to why we have diseases and illnesses. The New Evolution Diet explains how some foods are the main causes of diabetes, obesity, and inflammation in our bodies. The author explains how our cells function in our body, and how it processes our food. We live in a world of processed and enriched foods that, yes, taste amazing, but our inherently terrible for our figures and our health.

I am curious as to the difference it could make to not only my health…but my voluptuous figure. The idea is just not sinking in that I can eat any of the “allowed” foods that I want, and exercise less resulting in the body that I’ve always desired. How can this possibly happen?

Stay tuned for more info into my quest for answers on the Paleo lifestyle…

Salon York PA Searching Google on Sunday brought me to an amazing video blog by TheLipstickDiaries. I always like to research new and inventive ways to creatively do my hair in the morning. So, after watching the tutorial, I decided to try it out! The best part is that you don’t have to use a curling iron or flat iron to complete this Vintage Curls look.

Here’s what you need in order to try it yourself:

  1. A Hairband. One that isn’t too tight on your head. You don’t want it to cut off circulation at night.
  2. For fine hair: A spray-in volumizer. I recommend Pureology Pure Volume.
  3. For thick hair: A gloss. Run it through the ends of your hair to prevent frizz.

You’ll want to begin by showering. Then, I dried my hair about 80-90% dry. After that,Salon York PA I sprayed a few spritzes ofPureology Pure Volume at the scalp, and I would recommend a texturizer on the ends. Then, you take the hairband and tuck tufts of hair into the band, wrapping it around and under the band. With each section of hair, you will be creating curls all around your head. You’ll want to grab smaller sections of hair if you want tight curls, and large sections to create waves.

In the morning, your hair will look like a crazy mess, but I promise it will turn out okay once you style your hair.

Salon York PA So….Hopefully yours will look better than mind turned out,Salon York PA but here’s the jist of what your hair should look like in the morning…

The final outcome of your hair will completely depend on your creativity. You can get ideas from the original tutorial on thelipstickdiaries web blog on Youtube.

The first thing you’ll want to do if you have fine hair is to spray your hair while still put up in the hair band. Spray it well.

Then, gently take the hair band out, and you’ll end up with some crazy curls, some tight, some loose. You might think that you didn’t do it correctly, but once you put some more product in it and comb out the curls it will turn out looking something like this..
