As of 2011, Kimberly, the owner and founder of Indulge Pure Originals had extremely dry skin that caused her to seek out a formulator to create a product that moisturized without burning the dry itchy skin. We have so many stories to talk about when it comes to creating a product that doesn’t harm the dry skin that is normally dry and cracked. It hurts. Why would we want to create a product that would knowingly hurt you?

As we moved into 2018, we went from our famous Indulge Pure Originals body butter bars that are the core of our skin care selection that can be used in the shower. The Healthy Living magazine talks about great skin care, CollagenBlu that gives you the strength in your bones and muscles also helpful for anti-aging. As we age our skin loses the elasticity. We shouldn’t ever underestimate the stress levels on our bodies.

Yes, we do turn over cells every month but as we age, we are turning them over slowly. The CollagenBlu is a product we believe in that helps turn those cells over with protein from the sea. Read more here.

We grew over the past 7 years from our Indulge Pure Originals body butter bars that provide lotion in a bar to Ultimate Moisturizing creams that are like going from the natural product directly into the jar. No preservatives that harm skin. We then started with the lotions and soaps to bath salts that are de-stressing for our clients.

We were approached by Kevin Harrington’s group for Shark Tank and “AS SEEN ON TV” but Kimberly and team were not ready for that. We love being local, we love being here for you our readers and subscribers and physical clients. We were able to use your feedback on our products because we cared about what you had to say about what you wanted in your product.

Our fragrances were not over powering but more of a soft scent that build on each layering of soap, body butter bar and cream to give the long lasting results that only Indulge Pure Originals can give.

We thought it out and remembered the story of a fragrance or scent that reminds us of a good time, a person that you loved spending time with. I also learned that with scent can help cancer patients not have adverse affects when going through chemotherapy treatments. I learned this from our Aveda days when we carried their products in our salon. The philosophy was to try to minimize the negative affects of chemotherapy by smelling the pleasant scents that we provide to offset the vomiting and nausea that can happen.

Our fragrances come in unscented (no added fragrance oil), Citrus Bliss has a citrus orange scent, Love has a floral peony scent, Coconut that smells like when you go to the beach smelling tanning oils, Eyptian Musk has a sexy fragrance that is hard to describe because it is more customized to your own body chemistry. Our Almond Milk and honey has been the best seller in our soap because it has natural exfoliants that are excellent for waxing clients or clients that shave.

Currently, the Lathered, Scrubbed & Loved healthy living digital magazine launched in January of 2018 to bring to the forefront healthy lifestyle contributors from nutrition, to the educational point of view of extracts, oils, skin care regimes, workout ideas, financial, holiday gift giving, ideas for anniversary’s, weddings, and just general over all health and topics that we can apply to every day life. Our salon provides advanced on the job training in addition to one on one training with specific specialties such as hair extensions, hair color correction, balayage highlighting, lowlighting, dimensional hair coloring, barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup with Glo Skin Beauty makeup that is good for the skin, products that will assist in the support of the style, skin or nails, etc.

Our salon will provide you with advanced consultative skills, teamwork and feedback on how to help you achieve your technical skills. Do you like staying up with the latest trends and techniques? Are you a team player?

We appreciate those that are willing to help others without being asked. You know what it’s like to be the one doing all of the work, cleaning up, putting things away while someone else sits while you do the work. We aren’t interested in the sitter, we are interested in the person that has some hustle to their game. We all enjoy helping out with a variety of the job responsibilities but it sure makes a difference when everyone pitches in on all of the job duties.

Will I get clients?

You bet. Which ever level that you start at, we will have already evaluated your technical skills and if we have the opportunity to field clients to you at your skill level, we will do this for you. Our clients are like family. You have to take care of them professionally. We keep our private information private for our business and clients safety. We don’t give that information out to anyone.

Do I help train others?

We certainly appreciate that approach especially if you are considered a professional in your area of expertise. This does provide a sense of satisfaction to help others and to help yourself. We have training programs to help develope the newest skills and to elevate you to knew heights.

Mom-to-be, we have just launched our first edition Lather, Scrubbed & Loved Magazine from Indulge Pure Originals.

My daughter has started a magazine that talks about health of women in fitness, cross fit workouts, tanning and the benefits of it, beauty (my area) supplements to help your hair grow and your insides get healthier. She did a great job launching this magazine digitally available. As you can see, this mom-to-be had to find products that were good for her baby belly full of twins. They are almost 2.5 years old now but still using the products on herself and her twins.

We realized that if we felt that we needed to use more of a vegan product that worked that other mother’s would appreciate using a product that moisturized not just their baby belly but their baby to prevent dry skin, prevents diaper rash as a barrier and helps protect their baby’s fragile skin.

We are pleased to announce this magazine that is with Indulge Pure Originals, LLC. We started this company with grass roots in 2011. We started out with the Indulge Pure Original body butter bar to ease my dry skin. I remember almost slipping off the couch trying to coordinate the efforts of the formulator and myself to get the right combination of moisture without the greasy feel. It took weeks to get the perfect feel. I love the benefits of the lotion bars used in the shower. It feels smooth and melts into the skin leaving the skin feel soft and silky.

This is the best moisturizer lotion bar on the planet if I do say so myself. I just had a mom-to-be in the salon on Saturday. She is due in a few months and was scratching her belly. I was cutting her son’s hair. He was about 1.5 years old. Very busy little man. The parents were so attentive to their son it was nice to experience this. As I saw her scratch her baby belly, I knew that I could help her by coaching her how to use our body butter bars. I gave her the cocoa butter bar to use because it will give her the relief that she is looking for at home. We have three types the cocoa butter cream that glides onto the baby belly with ease without warm water but best used on warm skin. The lotion bar that is used in the shower while body is wet and warm giving the body butter bar more glide opportunity all over the body and other bits of the mom-to-be. Lastly, the soy creams and lotions are a lot lighter bust most effective on the skin in a healthy way. No need to worry about the chemicals because we don’t have any except the one ingredient the FDA says you gotta have which is the ingredient that kills bacteria from someone sticking their fingers into the jar after their first use in the jar.
