Owners, managers, you got busy doing the day to day things and the next minute the day has slipped by until your eyes pop opden like a shot thinking how could I have forgotten these amazing people that work with me and for me. Yep, I did it too. Now we have to do clean up because it really did slip our minds. They are thinking, “I work my a.. off and you didn’t recognize me for the amazing person I am and what I do for you to make your day easier?” Really. I did. Shame on me as a business owner.
It doesn’t matter that you have a lot going in your personal life or business life, you are the chief instigator, the CEO of your life, the CFO, the Marketing specialist, the President of your company and believe me you may have created your world but you “ain’t” nothing without your team.
