Appointments
Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. When scheduling, your credit card will be placed on your account. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions or special considerations prior to your appointment. Appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance through one or more modes of communication (automated system emails, text messages, and phone calls). If you need to cancel or re-schedule we ask for a minimum of a 24-hour notice. Should you fail to give minimum notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services for your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the scheduled services for your missed appointment.

Salon Arrival
Our services are designed for our clients’ full enjoyment. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation to prepare for your service.

Cell Phones
Please try to keep all cell phone conversations to a minimum while in the salon. If you need to, please step outside until your conversation is complete.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service.

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any traveler’s checks. All services may be charged to the credit card on file. Please mention any gift cards, vouchers or
certificates at time of booking. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Minors
Young adults ages 16 and over are welcome to visit the salon and spa. A spa waiver will need to be signed by a parent.

Valuables
The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
