When we first started our classes on new color trends I thought WOW, this going to be a fun spring. Yes we have done the bright reds, greens, purples which are still popular however; the soft diffused blended colors are so soft and powdery looking that they invite and encourage someone to touch your hair. Gone is the garrish banana yellow left over raw color from highlights that have faded. IN is the creamy white, cafe latte, pink rosewoods, smoky amethyst, strawberry blush tones, and finally a patina texture blended with a base color.

When I first saw these new Wella Instamatic colors in jaded green, smokey amethyst, blue storm and pink mauve I was unsure but thought I would try SMOKEY AMETHYST which turned my yellow banana hair to a cool powdered slightly silvery tone which I love with my skin tone. Many of my clients have tried it on their hair with great results that have given them a softer look. All of our Instamtics are customizable to their skin tone.
